Although I have spent most of my younger years in the kitchen, the moment that I started working at Bespoke of New Haven, CT with Chef Yousef Ghalani 20 years ago, my entire view on food changed. I began to obsess about understanding the true nature of what we call food. The passion of understanding ingredients, what good food can do for our mind, body and soul, became my true full time job. I believe that you don't need to sacrifice flavor in order to have nourishment, and that has been my inspiration I aspire to bring to you. I am always driven to find the best ingredients available for your meal, gathering, or event. I source from local markets and farms as much as possible to have a great foundation and pair that with flawless execution and beautiful plating. My drive is to see your amazement and delight when you see what I have to offer for you. Your satisfaction is my utmost concern, and bringing you the best possible is always my top priority.
